Hello and welcome to the Outfitter's Forecast report for 2010.

We had a warmer than expected November in 2009 which gave the deer a good start to saving vital fat stores through the rut. This should help them during the hard times of the upcoming winter. December saw winter come upon us fast, and hard. The deer started to heard up and hit the grain and alfalfa fields hard, taking in as many calories as possible to ward off the cold. There were a lot of strong upcoming bucks seen during the season and during December; with such a warm November I think these Bucks have a good chance of survival this winter. The deer population in our WMU just keeps increasing which we are grateful for. With all thus taken in to consideration I think we’ll have a great year at Trophy Quest. We hope you are here to join us!
